Welcome to Chiron's documentation
==================================

In the current release, Chiron has two modules, *Topology* and *Diagrams*, 
avaiable in Chiron namespace. There are also several general purpose functions
for visualizing Chromatin Conformation Capture Data, particularly, rainbow diagrams
and loop diagrams along arc.
